i’m grilling out on saturday, and i want to do pork chops. i’ve found this recipe, which looks handy as far as keeping the meat moist (because yall know pork chops dry out like a motherfucker if you’re not careful) but i am undecided as far as what i want to do about topping/sauce. 
i had two things in mind- either a mango salsa. OR, some type of blackberry sauce. any thoughts? any suggestions?
